Shelby Green for Kimkini Swim at Jungle Paddle, Kerobokan Bali
Hey, Glen here – Bali swimwear photographer always drawn to those lush, green escapes. Just wrapped a fresh campaign shoot for the eco-conscious Euro swim brand Kimkini (@kimkini) with the gorgeous Australian model Shelby Green from Castaway Models, and we set it all at Jungle Paddle in Kerobokan, Bali.
Kimkini is all about sustainable luxury: reversible bikinis (two looks in one!), customizable designs, ethically handmade to order in Dubai, using recycled ocean waste fabrics like Recotex. Their pieces mix bold prints, shiny luxe finishes, and that playful, confident vibe perfect for summer state-of-mind moments – eco-friendly without sacrificing style.
Shelby Green is a total standout: tall, blonde, blue-eyed Aussie beauty (repped by Castaway Model Management alongside Que Models, Nevs, etc.) with effortless energy and that sun-kissed glow. She brought the fun – natural poses, big smiles, and easy movement that made the bikinis look incredible.
Jungle Paddle in Kerobokan gave us the ultimate tropical backdrop: surrounded by lush jungle greenery, high-quality padel courts with panoramic views, open-air vibes, and that fresh Bali nature feel. We played with the setting – poolside lounging (or court-side for a sporty twist), palm-framed shots, soft dappled light filtering through leaves, golden-hour warmth on skin, and those vibrant greens popping against Kimkini’s reversible designs.
The shoot felt light and organic: laughs, quick changes between reversible tops/bottoms, and capturing that effortless confidence Kimkini embodies. The results? Fresh, empowering images showcasing sustainability, versatility, and tropical paradise – ideal for their online shop, socials, and inspiring eco-swim lovers worldwide.
Shooting at spots like Jungle Paddle reminds me why Bali’s north side (Kerobokan/Canggu area) is magic for swim campaigns: raw jungle energy meets modern cool. Huge thanks to Shelby for the incredible vibe and to the Kimkini team for the vision.
