Hey, Glen here – Bali swimwear and fashion photographer. Nothing beats those days where the model, the brand, the location, and the light all align perfectly. That’s exactly what happened during this recent bikini campaign shoot with the stunning Norwegian model Cathlin Ulrichsen for the Aussie favorite Hello Mollyat the luxurious Villa Zyloh in Uluwatu.
Cathlin is one of those rare talents – nomadic, based between Europe, LA, and Bali, with that effortless glow, green-blue eyes, and a vibe that’s equal parts confident and playful. She’s a natural in swimwear (her Instagram is full of Bali beach moments), and she brought exactly the right energy for Hello Molly’s fun, flirty, trend-forward swim line – think bold bikinis, vibrant prints, and pieces made for summer adventures and poolside confidence.
We chose Villa Zyloh (the cliffside stunner in Bingin) for its modern Mediterranean elegance: infinity pools with endless ocean views, crisp white walls, lush tropical touches, private salt-water pools, and those dramatic Uluwatu sunsets. It’s the ultimate luxury backdrop – secluded enough for creative freedom, yet dripping with that high-end resort feel that elevates any swim campaign.
The shoot had a fresh, youthful vibe: golden-hour glow on sun-kissed skin, playful poses by the pool, lounging on sunbeds with the Indian Ocean horizon, subtle movement in the breeze, and those classic Hello Molly shots that make you want to book a flight to Bali. Cathlin owned every frame – relaxed smiles, natural posing, and that magnetic connection to the camera that makes the images pop for online stores, socials, and lookbooks.
Bali’s light did the rest: soft mornings for dreamy close-ups, warm afternoons for vibrant colors, and sunset magic turning everything cinematic. The result?
