Hey, Glen here – Bali swimwear photographer. Some beaches just hit different, and Thomas Beach in Uluwatu is one of my all-time favourites. Tucked away on the Bukit Peninsula, it’s a hidden gem with soft white sand, turquoise waves, dramatic limestone cliffs, and that peaceful, less-crowded energy that makes it perfect for creative shoots.
Recently I had the pleasure of a steamy creative collab with the stunning Rita Faez (@iamritafaez). With her striking beauty, natural sweetness, and magnetic presence (she’s built a huge following with over 1 million on Instagram), Rita brought serious heat to the session. She’s got that effortless confidence and sultry energy that turns every frame into something alive and captivating.
We leaned into hot sultry bikini vibes under the late afternoon sun: glistening skin, wind in her hair, bold poses against the cliffs, playful moments in the shallow waves, and those intense, sun-drenched looks straight to camera. The light was pure magic – warm, golden, and flattering – wrapping everything in a sensual, tropical glow. No big production, just good energy, the sound of the ocean, and letting the moment unfold naturally.
Thomas Beach delivered exactly what we needed: postcard-perfect turquoise water, fishing boats in the distance, and that secluded feeling that makes the images feel intimate yet epic. The bikinis popped against the white sand and blue sea, creating a series full of heat, confidence, and raw island sensuality.
