Sensual & Intimate: Shooting Aussie Model Shelby Green at Villa Zyloh, Uluwatu
Hey, Glen here – Bali-based fashion and swimwear photographer. Some shoots just have that extra spark, and my recent session with the stunning Australian model Shelby Green was exactly that. We captured two captivating concepts in one incredible day: a sensual wet bikini vibe and an intimate lingerie story that ended up published in the exclusive LivFast Magazine online.
Shelby, repped by top agencies like Que Models and with that effortless Aussie glow, is a dream to work with – confident, natural in front of the camera, and always bringing her own vibe. We’ve collaborated before, and this time the chemistry was electric.
The location? The luxurious Villa Zyloh in Uluwatu – perched on Bingin’s cliffs with modern Mediterranean style, infinity pools, ocean views, white rock textures, and that dramatic Bali light. It’s the perfect backdrop for anything sensual: lush greenery, private pools for wet looks, and intimate villa corners for lingerie storytelling.
We started with the wet bikini concept – Shelby emerging from the pool, water glistening on skin, bikinis clinging just right, soft golden-hour light creating that dreamy, sensual mood. Playful splashes, relaxed lounging, and those captivating wet-hair moments that feel raw and empowering.
Then we shifted to the intimate lingerie story – softer, more personal: delicate fabrics against the villa’s clean lines, subtle poses in bedrooms and balconies, natural light filtering through for a tasteful, artistic feel. The images tell a story of confidence and sensuality without overdoing it – exactly what LivFast Mag loves for their high-end editorials featuring top models in lingerie and implied styles.
The final shots? A beautiful mix of sexy, fun, and elegant – ready for campaigns, portfolios, and that magazine feature. Shooting with Shelby at Villa Zyloh reminded me why I love these creative days in Bali: the light, the location, the model’s energy – it all comes together magically.
